No gambling is offered here
Nothing on this website is a game of chance. We take no bets, hold no stakes, run no tournaments, issue no bonuses and process no payments. Any gambling at Nordkap Bay happens in person, in Nordlys Hall, in front of a dealer, during opening hours, and nowhere else. Where local law restricts the promotion of gambling, these pages are intended only for readers in places where it is lawful for them to see them.
Accuracy, and what is not a promise
We keep this site current as a matter of pride, but a hotel is a moving thing. Opening hours shift with the season, a kitchen closes for a week, an evening in the programme is cancelled because the ferry did not run. Descriptions, floor areas, times and the weekly programme are given in good faith and may change without notice.
Nothing here is an offer or a reservation. A stay or a table exists only when we have written to you and confirmed it in an email naming the dates.
Intellectual property
The text, the layout, the stylesheet, the drawn mark and the name Nordkap Bay Casino Resort belong to us. Read it, print a page off for yourself, and link to it from wherever you like. You may not republish the text, copy the design wholesale or present any of it as your own work without written permission.

We link to three independent gambling support organisations and, occasionally, to other useful sites. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for what appears on them. They are listed because they are worth reading, not because we have any arrangement with them: no payment, no commission, no referral of any kind passes in either direction.
Conduct at the property
- Identification is shown at the Nordlys Hall door on every visit. No identification, no entry, and the door team will not be argued out of it.
- Our staff may refuse service, ask a guest to leave the casino floor, or end a stay where behaviour is abusive, where somebody is plainly unfit to play, or where the house rules posted at the door are being ignored.
- Limits, breaks and self-exclusions agreed with a host are binding on you and on us for the term agreed. We do not lift them early.
- Photography is not permitted on the casino floor, for the sake of other guests.
- The full house rules are displayed at the door of the hall and apply alongside these terms.
Availability
We would like this site to be available every hour of every day, and most of the time it is. We do not guarantee it. Hosting fails, maintenance happens, and occasionally a page is taken down to be rewritten. No liability arises from the site being unreachable.
Liability
This website is provided as it is, for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of it, or from reliance on anything stated here that later turned out to have changed. Where the law does not permit a liability to be limited — death or injury through negligence, fraud, and anything else of that order — nothing written above limits it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the resort operates, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your own country of residence are not affected by that.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The review date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the version on the site at the moment you read it is the one that applies.
